Mushroom Feast!
Preparation |

Various types of mushroom bought at a local
supermarket; the collection includes three different types of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus) and the shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) as well as the button mushroom, Agaricus bisporus |

All the mushrooms are
chopped up into medium sized chunks |

Cooking |
|
The ingredients: salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped herbs,
olive oil and garlic |
The chopped mushrooms are placed into a large frying pan
on a medium heat setting |
Crushed garlic is added first |
Then the black pepper |
Next comes the chopped mixed herbs |
Add salt and stir well |
Then add the olive oil |
It is almost ready to eat, remember to keep mixing |
Enjoyment |

Serve on a plate with fresh bread,... |
...and a good bottle of red wine, if you like that kind of thing! |
