Mushroom Feast!

Preparation
Various types of mushroom bought at a local supermarket; the collection includes three different types of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus) and the shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) as well as the button mushroom, Agaricus bisporus
All the mushrooms are chopped up into medium sized chunks
Cooking
The ingredients: salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped herbs, olive oil and garlic
The chopped mushrooms are placed into a large frying pan on a medium heat setting
Crushed garlic is added first
Then the black pepper
Next comes the chopped mixed herbs
Add salt and stir well
Then add the olive oil
It is almost ready to eat, remember to keep mixing
Enjoyment
Serve on a plate with fresh bread,...
...and a good bottle of red wine, if you like that kind of thing!
